How long until I can harvest?

Most herbs are ready to harvest within 3–4 weeks of planting. Some varieties like basil grow even faster.

Do I need soil?

No soil needed. NOUYI uses a hydroponic grow medium inside each capsule — just water.

How often do I need to refill the water tank?

Approximately every 1–2 weeks depending on the season and the herbs you're growing. The transparent tank makes it easy to check the level at a glance.

Can I use any grow capsules?

NOUYI capsules are specially calibrated for the device. We also carry compatible capsules from Click&Grow and AeroGarden.

What is the warranty?

The NOUYI device comes with a 2-year warranty. Capsules are consumables and not covered.

Yes — we ship across the EU. Shipping times and costs vary by destination.
